How to become a locker room monitor

RWAHA allows up to 4 locker room monitors to get DIBS credits.

Step one: Notify your team manager that you would like to be a locker room monitor

Step two: Go to https://membership.usahockey.com/ and sign up as a parent/volunteer

You will receive a USA hockey #. Keep this number handy you will need it later.

Once you have that number please send it to you team manager. 

Step three: Complete your background check at https://www.usahockey.com/backgroundscreen

There is a fee for this but RWAHA will reimburse you at the end of the season

Step four: Complete your safe sport training at https://www.usahockey.com/safesporttraining
